Stevie Nicks Will Return to ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’
American Horror Story: Apocalypse creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that Stevie Nicks will return as a guest star. She made an earlier appearance during the show's 2014 series as the White Witch
According to Variety, this new season is set to debut Sept. 12 on FX "So thrilled that the family is together again!" Murphy wrote in a tweet.
Nicks' guest starred in "The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks," the 10th episode of the third season playing the part of a witch named Misty Day. The character was inspired by Stevie's stage presence and mystical fashion persona.
It was no accident that Nicks appeared on the show. Murphy once told Entertainment Weekly "When I was growing up, I was always obsessed with those Stevie Nicks songs like 'Rhiannon' and 'Gypsy,'" He adds "I have a good relationship with Stevie because of Glee, She is one of the few artists that have come to hang out. She’s just a wonderful, wonderful person."
Two of Stevie's songs that featured in 'The Magical Delights of Stevie Nicks,' were the 1976 #1 hit for Fleetwood Mac 'Rhiannon' and from 1985's Rock a Little 'Has Anyone Ever Written Anything for You?'
