Sammy Hagar to Headline Seaside Concert & Car Show With REO Speedwagon and More
Sammy Hagar is known for loving rock 'n' roll, fast cars and a good party, and the Red Rocker is putting all three together for his inaugural High Tide Beach Party & Car Show, scheduled for Saturday, October 6, at Huntington Beach, California.
Hagar and his star-studded backing band The Circle -- featuring ex-Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony and drummer Jason Bonham -- will co-headline the bash with REO Speedwagon. Ex-Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil and Chickenfoot guitarist Joe Satriani will join Hagar and The Circle as special guests, while the event's lineup also includes Green Day drummer Tre Cool's side project Dead Mermaids, ska-punk veterans Reel Big Fish and others.
