Rolling Stones Have Announced First U.K. Tour Since 2013
The Rolling Stones have confirmed their first U.K. tour dates since 2013
The new dates, kick off May 17 in Dublin, Ireland, and run through June 15 in Twickenham, England. Additonally there are another five European dates to follow in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, and Poland.
The dates are an extension of the No Filter tour, which began last September and ran for 14 European-only venues through October before taking a break.
The announcement comes after Stones fans in the UK were left disappointed last year when a lack of suitable venues meant that their European tour didn’t head to these shores “Sorry to our UK fans there are no UK dates on this run, due to lack of available venues because of sporting fixtures,” the band said at the time.
“Hope to be here in 2018.”
Ticket pre-sales for select dates begins Tuesday, February 27. Find out more at the official Rolling Stones website.
