New Chris Cornell Biography Expected in 2020
A new book about the life of the late Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell is now in the works, and is expected to be published in 2020.
Music journalist Corbin Reiff, who has written frequently for Rolling Stone and Billboard magazines, posted on Twitter announcing that he is writing Chris Cornell’s biography titled "Total F@&king Godhead"
"I've spent the last year conducting interviews and doing research and can't even begin to describe how excited I am to kick the tires on this," Reiff says of the Chris Cornell biography.
A tribute concert will be held at the Los Angeles Forum on January 16 for Cornell, who died on May 17, 2017. Performing will be Metallica and Foo Fighters, accompanied by members of Cornell's former bands Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog.
