Madonna will publish a new album before the end of the year
Madonna has confirmed that her new studio album will be released later this year. The LP will become the successor to "Rebel Heart" of 2015.
In recent months, the singer has been advancing some clues about the new material. In May, it published what seemed to be the cover of a single or project that takes the title of "Beautiful Game".
In a new interview, the "Queen of Pop" said that fans can expect new material in the coming months. "I just met a lot of really amazing musicians, and I ended up working with many of these musicians on my new album, so Lisbon has influenced my music and my work," he told Vogue Italia .
"How could I not? I do not see how it could have happened that year without being influenced by all that cultural contribution, "he added.
The singer recently moved to Lisbon so her 12-year-old son, David Banda , can pursue his dream of becoming a professional soccer player. He says that his new city created a cultural change that inspired the direction of the new album. That music "will be compiled in an album that will be released at the end of the year," he confirmed.
In early July, Ariana Grande shared a photo with Madonna on social networks, prompting speculation that she might appear as a guest on the new album.
"Thanks @madonna, you know why," Ariana wrote in the photo. Ariana fans also noticed an emoji from the Golden Gate Bridge, which she used when she was talking about new music.
