Heart's Nancy Wilson to Perform a Series of Benefit Concerts

Nancy Wilson of Heart, along with her current band Roadcase Royale will be performing at several upcoming benefit shows in the Los Angeles area.

On April 28, Nancy will be a special guest at the From Classical to Rock benefit concert at the Irvine Barclay Theatre in Irvine, California. Hosted by former American Idol judge Randy Jackson, the show will feature performances by a mix of classical and rock artists. The Goo Goo Dolls' frontman Johnny Rzeznik will headline the show. Nancy Wilson and Roadcase Royale will then move on to Los Angeles to perform at the Rock the Red music benefit at Avalon Hollywood on May 17th. Wilson Phillips will also perform at this fundraiser. Sharon Osbourne is also expected to make a special guest appearance. Rock the Red benefits the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign, which raises awareness and money to fight heart disease and strokes.

Then it's off to the Los Angeles Zoo & Botanical Gardens, where Wilson and

Roadcase Royale will play a benefit show at the 2018 Beastly Ball, on May 19th at the zoo. Slash, lap-steel guitarist Robert Randolph and others are also scheduled to perform at this benefit for the zoo. Famed zookeeper Jack Hanna will also be honored during the event.

Roadcase Royale released its debut album, First Things First , in September 2017.
